Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions (T&Cs) are a legally binding agreement that outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

Our price list:

Child Dyslexia assessment £450

Adult Dyslexia assessment £499

To include an assessment of Dyspraxia or ADHD is an additional £100

Dyscalculia assessment £450

Assessment of strengths and weakness £350 (not diagnostic, for primary aged children.)

1. The assessment booking form must be fully completed and submitted to Grove Dyslexia before the assessment.


2. All forms to be completed and returned 1 week before assessment.


3. Once booked, assessments cannot be guaranteed to be rescheduled to a later date and may be charged if cancelled. All changes and cancellations must be notified in writing to: grovedyslexia@gmail.com In the event that severe weather or any other emergency results in the cancellation of a session, Grove Dyslexia will endeavour to give clients as much notice as possible.


4. A full assessment usually lasts between 2 -3 hours but may take longer. Occasionally it may be necessary to book a second date to complete the assessment. Assessment for Access Arrangements may be shorter. If the assessment is done remotely, it may take place over two sessions.


5. The results will be analysed and a detailed report will be forwarded to you approximately 4 – 6 weeks after the appointment. (If you wish to have the report within a week an additional £50 will be charged).


6. A quiet, uninterrupted space will be provided for the assessment to take place in. If the assessment is not at Grove Dyslexia, a quiet room must be provided. If the assessment is done remotely, the candidate must have a suitable laptop and a quiet room to work in.


7. The payment will be invoiced and must be paid before assessment if possible.


8. Grove Dyslexia reserves the right not to accept a referral, to terminate an assessment or not circulate a report if:

- The referral appears to be outside of their area of expertise.

- The client fails to cooperate with the requirements of the assessment procedure in such a way that may compromise the validity of the assessment.

- The client fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above.
